Meet the Therapist
Hello! I am Rachel, the massage therapist behind MyoReform. My passion for learning about the human body and how it works was first sparked through my time as an athlete, which ultimately led to obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. This knowledge combined with a desire to help others is how I became an LMBT. Some of my hobbies include weight-lifting, traveling, going to concerts, horseback riding, and playing sports.

Therapeutic Massage
My main specialty, therapeutic massage entails targeted, outcome-based approach to massage therapy that focuses on addressing specific health concerns, such as chronic pain, muscular tension, postural issues, or recovery from injury
Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue using slow strokes and deep pressure on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.
Sports Massage
Perfect for athletes who need to improve their performance or recover from an injury. Involves using a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching to help you reach your goals.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Uses a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping move excess fluid, waste, and toxins out of the body. It’s commonly used to reduce swelling, support immune function, and promote overall detoxification and healing
Swedish Massage
A classic, full-body massage designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and ease muscle tension. Using long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and light to moderate pressure, this technique soothes the nervous system and supports overall wellness. Ideal for first-time clients or anyone looking to relax and unwind
